We offer White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee based on your location.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal where you can monitor the real-time progress of your delivery.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply to large freight items.
Do you offer fabric and wood finish samples?
Yes, we provide complimentary swatches for most of our upholstered collections and wood finishes to help you make the perfect choice for your home decor.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All items from The Furniture Warehouse include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage.
