Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure a safe transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup of the returning items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
